How REACT Works

REACT acts as a smart, modular skid that continuously filters, measures, and reconditions slurry before it moves to recovery.
It monitors key parameters—pH, turbidity, REE concentration, and thorium levels—and automatically routes off-spec material back for correction.

Core Workflow:

  1. Leach liquor intake: Slurry enters a buffer tank with pH microdosing and agitation.

  2. Hydrocyclone cluster: Removes coarse or problematic fines down to 5–15 µm.

  3. Reconditioning tank: Short-residence buffer for chemical or flocculant adjustment.

  4. Sidestream analytics: Inline XRF, UV-Vis, and gamma detection for thorium compliance.

  5. Smart routing network: AI-driven logic decides “go” or “no-go,” looping material until it meets spec.
